OK, we now have a date for the grand reopening of the Archibald Library. It will be Saturday, September 13th. Activities will start at 9:30am and we will have an open house from 10am - 5pm. There will be special programs for kids and you will be among the first to see the new, "reinvented" Archibald Library!
Construction work is starting to wind down now, with the finishing touches getting applied. For the next ten days or so, book shelves will be getting reinstalled, and after this, the books will finally go back on to the shelves (so you can once again check them out!)
There are a few new photos on the right. This will probably be the last photo update. After this, if you want to see the "new" Archibald Library, come on down starting September 13th!
